Throughout the entire period that COVID-19 has been a public health concern, the health and safety of our guest and team members has be our highest priority.
We appreciate your interest in the reopening of Elements Casino Flamboro.
At this time, a date has not been determined for when the properties will reopen, but we would encourage you to check back with us on our website where further details will be provided.

Throughout the entire period that COVID-19 has been a public health concern, our actions have been uniformly guided by- and with our wholehearted support- the direction of our government and public health authorities. Similarly, the reopening of our property will only happen once it is appropriate to do so, by continuing to ensure the health and safety of our team members and guests.
We are very encouraged to see our provincial government releasing their plans for the staged reopening of businesses in the province. Although we still don’t have any specifics as to when we may be approved to reopen, we are hopeful- for everyone’s sake- that the reopening of the provincial economy in general goes smoothly, and is done in such a way that people’s health and safety is always the foremost consideration. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

While there have been no cases of COVID-19 reported at Elements Casino Flamboro, this measure has been deemed to be in the best interests of public’s health and the ongoing efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19.
We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented situation.

The health and safety of our guests and team members has always been of the upmost importance to us, and we have always been vigilant about cleanliness.
Since January, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking proactive measures, such as handwashing posters with a reminder of cough/sneeze etiquette as directed by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), as well as hand sanitizer dispensers in areas where handwashing poses a challenge.
We have taken a number of other measures including more frequently cleaning gaming equipment and supplies that guests interface with, and our efforts go beyond just gaming equipment to include frequently touched surfaces including counters, door handles, railings and restrooms. We have also reinforced the importance of hand hygiene with our team members, and are regularly communicating to our teams about notifications and guidance from government health care agencies regarding the current COVID-19 situation.
We continue to closely monitor this situation and follow direction from government health care agencies.
